Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of Sketches Int Ltd for the VoucherMaker platform. Refund requests are handled by support on a case-by-case basis. There is no automatic fixed cooling-off window for delivered digital goods.

1. How to request a review

Contact us via the Contact page or hello@vouchermaker.io with your account email, campaign reference, payment reference, and a clear description of the issue, including screenshots or other proof where relevant.

2. Digital campaigns (download or email)

If voucher files or print-ready artwork are successfully generated, and/or download completes, and/or voucher emails are sent through the Service as designed, the digital service is considered delivered and fees are non-refundable.

We may refund or credit fees, at our discretion, where you demonstrate that a platform failure or sustained Service outage prevented generation, download, or email send, and we are unable to remedy the failure within a reasonable time.

The following ordinarily do not qualify: change of mind; incorrect artwork or copy supplied by you; wrong recipient lists; spam filtering or invalid recipient addresses; or dissatisfaction with campaign performance after successful delivery.

2A. AI design packs

Where you purchase or use an optional AI design pack (Create with AI), fees for generations that have already been started or delivered are ordinarily non-refundable, including dissatisfaction with AI output style or quality after concepts were generated. You should review AI concepts in the design tool before confirming a campaign design.

We may consider a refund or credit, at our discretion, where a platform or AI-provider failure prevented generation and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time.

3. Print fulfilment

Where you order print production and delivery through the Service, we may offer a reprint or refund (in whole or part) where:

• goods are materially defective due to production error; or
• goods fail to arrive within a reasonable period relative to quoted estimates,

except where delay or non-delivery results from an incorrect address you provided, public holidays, carrier issues outside our reasonable control, civil unrest, force majeure, or acts of God.

Where only print-ready files are provided (self-print), section 2 applies.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating a payment dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
